2. WHAT WILL WE PROCESS YOUR DATA FOR AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS?
Management of the relationship with users of the web: We process the data that our users provide in their queries or in the online chat to attend to their requests.
This processing is based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

In case of using the online chat functionality the query raised will be handled by a conversation initiated via Facebook Message, whose provider is Facebook Ireland Ltd. You can consult their privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/?entry_point=data_policy_redirect&entry=0.
We will only have access to the data that you have already set as public in the Facebook account with which you register to access the consultation chat service.

Administration and management of web security: We process browsing data (IP addresses or logs) to administer and manage the security of the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website. This interest is expressly recognized by recital 49 of the GDPR. In weighing this interest against your rights and freedoms, it has been taken into account that this processing corresponds to general security practices and does not pose significant threats to data subjects. 

Statistical and quality management purposes: In order to evaluate and manage the quality of our services, we perform statistics based on aggregated data obtained from transaction data and web browsing data, e.g. IP address, weblogs, pages visited or actions performed on the Web (+ info in our cookie policy).

Sending of commercial communications and management of distribution lists: We process the identification and contact data provided by users who sign up for the newsletter to manage our distribution list and send them communications about our activities, services and products. 

To manage our distribution lists, we segment the recipients of our communications according to their market or language. This processing consists of a simple classification according to objective criteria and is not intended for commercial profiling, forecasting or behavioral analysis.

3. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
In general, we keep your data during the validity of the relationship that you maintains with us and in any case during the periods stipulated in the applicable legal provisions and during the necessary time to attend to possible responsibilities born of the treatment. We will cancel your data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected. The information related to navigation will be canceled, once the web connection is complete and the statistics are completed. The data processed for the sending of informative notifications will remain valid until you request their deletion.

Advice
