Support for Children Affected by War
The LiberArte collective of artists, in collaboration with Art for Peace, is organizing a charity event to raise funds for organizations that support children affected by wars around the world. This charitable initiative will take place on Saturday, March 29, coinciding with the arrival of spring, during the Las Dalias market, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
This event is part of the Las Dalias DAR initiative, a non-profit project whose purpose, as its name suggests, is to provide support to those who need it most. Born from the union between vendors and the Las Dalias organization, DAR seeks to strengthen bonds of solidarity and collaboration within the community.
Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy a diverse program featuring a "Wellness Zone" with pilates, yoga, and breathwork sessions led by specialized therapists. There will also be a dedicated children's area, art exhibitions and sales from renowned island artists, live painting workshops, artisan stalls, live music concerts, DJs, and many more surprises.
All activities have been organized with the aim of contributing to this noble cause, and the funds raised will be donated to organizations that support children affected by armed conflicts.
Additionally, as part of the event, a charity raffle will be held with donated prizes, including products, dinners, therapies, and other special gifts. The raffle will take place during the event to increase fundraising efforts and amplify the initiative’s positive impact. Raffle tickets will be available on the day of the event at the market.
LiberArte and Art for Peace invite the community to join this celebration of solidarity, art, and well-being, where every contribution helps bring hope to the children who need it most.
We recommend avoiding peak hours (Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.), as significant traffic congestion occurs. Additionally, we may need to close the market entrance if full capacity is reached.
