Next Sunday, September 28th, Las Dalias invites residents and visitors to join a new edition of its Beach Clean Up, a community action aimed at protecting the island’s beaches and biodiversity.
Under the motto “Less plastic, more posidonia”, the activity will take place at Cala Llenya beach from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with the goal of reducing plastic pollution and protecting Posidonia oceanica, a natural heritage of Ibiza and the true lung of the Mediterranean.

The initiative is supported by Sloppy Tunas, a brand that transforms waste into conscious fashion, producing swimwear made from recycled plastic collected from the Mediterranean coasts: seven bottles give life to one garment. The project was born in 2017 in the Balearic Islands and today continues to promote sustainable design and production entirely within the Iberian Peninsula.
In addition, we will have the special participation of Nieves Tur Noguera, who is in charge of one of the concessions at Platja de Cala Llenya, to whom we extend our gratitude for their valuable collaboration in this initiative
For the little ones, the day will feature Dali, the Las Dalias puppet, and the Mermaid, who will tell stories together with Susana Paz, creator of the YouTube channel “Los Mundos de Sonrisas”, advocating for cleaner seas.

This action is not only an opportunity to take care of the planet but also to strengthen community bonds around a shared purpose: keeping Ibiza’s beaches clean and alive for future generations.
