This Saturday, July 12, Las Dalias will host a new edition of “Discover the Taste of Ibiza,” a special event organized in collaboration with Sabors d’Eivissa and Pimeef to highlight local agri-food products and the work of the island’s small and medium-sized businesses.

From 10 AM to 2 PM, the event will offer free tastings and live showcookings, aiming to showcase the potential of local gastronomy and raise awareness about the value of zero-kilometer products.

The event is part of Las Dalias’ summer activity calendar, which this year celebrates four decades of history as one of Ibiza’s most iconic cultural spaces.

The programming will continue with the Night Market, taking place on Sunday the 13th, Monday the 14th, and Tuesday the 15th of July, from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The night market gathers over a hundred stalls featuring independent design, local fashion, handcrafted jewelry, and contemporary art in a vibrant atmosphere that blends live music, gastronomy, and a multicultural crowd.

On Monday the 14th, “Peace n’ Music” takes the stage—a retro-inspired musical experience paying tribute to the free spirit of the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. This series, held every Monday throughout the summer, is part of the special programming marking the 40th anniversary of the market and seeks to revive the festive, countercultural, and community-driven essence of Las Dalias’ early days.

With this lineup, Las Dalias reinforces its role as a meeting point between tradition, local creativity, and contemporary culture, in a season marked by the return of events rooted in strong island identity.
