Shipping

Dear Customer,

Once we receive your order, Las Dalias contacts the corresponding vendors of your purchase, so that they can prepare your order as soon as possible. This can take 1-3 working days as of the time you make your purchase. The product/s you buy are brought together at the Las Dalias office, so that all the items in the order can be sent out together. On occasion, you may receive your order in two separate packages; however, if that is the case, we will notify you.

We must remind you that many of the products offered at the Las Dalias Marketplace are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind pieces. In some cases it can happen that the exact product shown in the sale is not available (or it is not exactly the same). In such case, we will contact you promptly to offer you an alternative similar to your purchase, set up a new delivery date for you and/or refund the payment.

The shipping time can take 2-3 working days within Spain, 5-6 days within Europe, and 7-10 days for all other countries

Insurance to cover damages caused during shipping:

All purchases include shipping insurance to cover any products that show visible damage or breakage upon receipt. In such case, the customer must notify Las Dalias via email within a term of 24 hours by writing to: shoponline@lasdalias.es, Such notification must include the most detailed description possible of the damages, along with a photograph of the product, the packaging (the protective material around the product) and the bag or the box in which it was shipped. When taking such photos, please be sure that the courier company label with the barcode is clearly visible.

Once we receive this documentation, we will contact you to make the arrangements for a new shipment.
